This is an appeal from a deficiency judgment entered by the trial court against defendant. The parties will be referred to as “plaintiff” and “defendant” throughout this opinion.
The case is an action for deficiency judgment brought upon a security agreement under the Commercial Code. A primary defense at the trial was that no deficiency judgment could be granted because of plaintiff’s failure to comply with certain provisions of the Commercial Code.
