Appellees-plaintiffs Jerry and Constance Chaplin brought an action against appellants-defendants Charles R. Jacob and Antonio Sofo, who were doing business as Antonio Sofo & Sons Importing company. Jerry Chaplin sustained personal injuries in an automobile accident with Jacob. Jacob and Sofo moved for a medical examination of Chaplin, pursuant to Ind. Trial Rule 85.
