The plaintiff appeals from the decision of the compensation review board of the workers’ compensation commission (review board). The review board affirmed the finding and award of dismissal by the workers’ compensation commissioner for the fifth district (commissioner). On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the review board should have vacated the commissioner’s finding and award of dismissal because the commissioner improperly (1) allowed evidence of horseplay, (2) denied the plaintiffs motion to correct, and (3) allowed two continuances of the formal hearing.
