This is an appeal from a decision to pierce the corporate veils of several entities allegedly involved in a consumer-fraud scheme. The district court imposed personal liability against appellants Geoff and Nancy Thompson and their business partners for the default judgment entered against the entities. The Thompsons contend that the district court abused its discretion by holding them personally liable because they were not shareholders or members of the entities.
