Defendants Wyeth, Inc. and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (collectively “Wyeth”) have argued that Connecticut “does not recognize strict liability claims for design defects in prescription drugs” under the Connecticut Product Liability Act (“CPLA”).
