GARDNER, Chief Judge.
Appellant, a general contractor, entered into a contract in writing with the United States Veterans Administration for the conversion of a laundry building into a warehouse at Jefferson Barracks, Missouri. The plans and specifications for the work were provided by the Government. During the process of the work it developed that there were certain errors in the plans requiring additional work.
