In this certified appeal, the state claims that the Appellate Court improperly reversed the judgment of the trial court, which modified the conditions of the defendant’s probation to include sex offender evaluation and treatment as deemed necessary by the office of adult probation. The state claims that the Appellate Court improperly concluded that sex offender evaluation and treatment is not reasonably related to the rehabilitation of the defendant, Kevin M.
