The petition in this case alleges that the plaintiffs and the defendant are the only heirs of one Mott, who died intestate in Lincoln county, Okla., in 1900, and that she owned at the time of her death a school land lease on the real estate involved in this action, and that she was in the possession thereof, and that after her death one Andrew G.
