Augustus A. Leverich, Sr., died on January 8, 1885, leaving a will which was probated in this court on February 3,1885. By its second item a trust was erected, the income of which was to be paid to testator's wife, Phebe E. Leverich, for life. On her death the principal was to be divided into equal shares, one of which was to be held for each of testator’s surviving children, or issue of a deceased child. On the death of each such child, the corpus of the trust set up for it was directed to be paid over absolutely to the issue of such child. Testator was survived by his wife, who…
