ORDER
WHITE, District Judge.
Before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion to Remand and Brief in Support [Docket No. 11] which was filed on July 7, 2005. The Plaintiff contends that jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332, as amended by the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”), does not exist because this case was commenced in state court prior to the enactment of CAFA and CAFA is not retroactive. Furthermore, the Plaintiff argues that the changes made by the Amended Petition cause it to relate back to the filing date of the Original Petition pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 15(c).
