Tbis is a damage case growing out of a collision between tbe automobiles of tbe respective parties at a highway intersection in Yakima county.
Tbe action was commenced in tbe superior court for that county by tbe plaintiffs, Brum and wife, seeking recovery for personal injuries suffered by both of them, and for injuries to their automobile, alleged as tbe result of tbe defendant, Hammermeister, negligently driving bis automobile while immediately approaching and within tbe intersection in question.
