Plaintiff brought this action to recover compensation for injuries to his person and damage to the Ford truck which he was driving, sustained in a collision with the automobile driven by the defendant Della Taylor.

Plaintiff alleges that the defendant Della Taylor was negligent in driving at an excessive and unlawful rate of speed; in failing to maintain a proper lookout; in failing to have the automobile which she was driving equipped with adequate brakes; in failing to apply her brakes or alter the course of her automobile when, by so doing in the exercise of ordinary care, a collision could…
