Tbis is an automobile collision case, tbe accident having occurred at a street intersection in tbe city of Seattle. Tbe case was tried to a jury, wbicb rendered a verdict in plaintiff’s favor for $5,285. From a judgment on tbe verdict, tbe defendants bave appealed.
It appears that tbe respondent was driving south on Boren avenue, approaching Pike street from tbe north. As be reached tbe north curb line of Pike street, be slowed down to a speed of three or four miles per hour, looked to his right down Pike street and saw two auto-moMles approaching on Pike street, but still west of the alley…
