Plaintiff brings this action to recover on a promissory note and personal guaranty. Plaintiff is an Oklahoma corporation with its principal place of business in Oklahoma City. Defendant Western Finance, Inc. (Western), the signer of the promissory note involved herein, is a Kentucky corporation with its principal place of business in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
