This is an action brought by Plaintiff to recover actual and punitive damages for alleged misrepresentation and breach of warranty arising out of Plaintiff’s purchase of an automobile from Defendant Wilson Enterprises, Inc. at an auction in Missouri conducted by Defendant Metro Auto Auction of Kansas City, Inc. (Metro).
