Heinz G. Dali appeals from the final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Northern District of Iowa, denying his motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.

Dali pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring to violate the customs laws and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371, and one count of unlawful importation of an animal drug in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 545, 2.
