HANSEN, Circuit Judge.

Cleophus Davis, Jr. appeals from the district court’s 1 denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion, in which he sought to vacate his robbery and firearm convictions based on alleged violations of his Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights. We affirm.

The facts underlying Davis’s convictions are detailed in his direct appeal, in which we affirmed his convictions. See United States v.
