Movant Cardenas-Celestino pleaded guilty to a federal drug violation and was sentenced to 135 months’ imprisonment. Cardenas-Celestino appealed, unsuccessfully arguing that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of a consent search. Cardenas-Celestino now has filed a § 2255 motion, in which he presents a renewed claim regarding the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress and a claim that the United States Criminal Code is not valid law and therefore the court lacked…
