Plaintiff James L. Creel appeals from a summary judgment in favor of defendant Robert Bridewell in a co-employee suit.

After sustaining injuries to his hand while working for Pellex, Inc., as a machine operator, Creel brought suit under § 25-5-11, Code of Alabama 1975 (part of the Workmen's Compensation Act), against several defendants, including Robert Bridewell, a part-owner of Pellex, alleging, interalia, that his injuries were proximately caused by their failure to provide him with a reasonably safe workplace.
