MEMORANDUM OPINION

BEATY, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on two motions. Kimberly-Clark Corpora tion (“Kimberly-Clark” or “Defendant”) 1 has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment [Document #28] as to Plaintiff William Stout’s (“Stout” or “Plaintiff’) Complaint [Document # 1], which alleges violations of Title VII of the Civil Right Acts of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and wrongful termination under North Carolina common law.
