FERGUSON, Judge:
Tried by general court-martial, the accused pleaded guilty to three specifications of wrongful sale of marihuana and four specifications of wrongful possession of marihuana, all in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 134, 10 USC § 934. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement at hard labor for three years, and reduction.
