Respondent R. James Jensen, Jr., is before this court on a petition for disciplinary action filed by the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility (Director) on January 3, 1995. The petition alleges that respondent engaged in misconduct consisting of failing to follow the rules of civil and appellate procedure, pursuing frivolous claims, making misrepresentations in judicial proceedings, and refusing to make court-ordered payments.
