•Respondent Peter J. Ruffenach, III, is before this court on a petition for discipline filed by the Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility (“director”). The petition alleges that respondent intentionally failed to pay a malpractice judgment against him in conciliation court and subsequently made false and misleading entries on two financial disclosure forms in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
