“The plaintiffs instituted this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the minor plaintiff as a result of an alleged collision which occurred between a motor truck and a school bus, owned by the defendant school district, in which said minor was riding as a passenger, and for loss sustained by Edna M.
