This appeal involves four consolidated actions brought to recover retail sales taxes imposed upon respondent for sales of fuel oil and other petroleum products and paid under protest. All of the consolidated cases involve sales to Southern Pacific Company, and one also involves sales to Western Pacific Railroad, Alaska Packers Association and Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway.
