The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of an order of the Board against respondent based upon a finding that respondent had refused to bargain with a union following that union’s certification as bargaining representative. The Board determined that a unit composed of respondent’s • service employees at its Hempstead, L. I., branch office was an appropriate unit for collective bargaining.
