LAY, Circuit Judge.

In April 1966, four of the five salesmen of Bardahl Oil Company signed cards authorizing the Union as their bargaining agent. These cards were presented to the Company’s Vice President with a demand for collective bargaining with the Union 1 as the exclusive agent of the salesmen. Upon request the Union’s proposed contract and pension plan were delivered to the Company’s representatives. This was done May 2, 1966.
