Appellant challenges the district court’s dismissal of her claim for discrimination in the performance of a contract under Minn. Stat. § 363A.17(3), arguing that she has standing, individually, to bring a claim of business discrimination in the performance of a contract entered into between her solely owned limited liability company and a corporation whose managers allegedly discriminated against her.
