I. INTRODUCTION

On May 19, 2015, the undersigned United States District Judge heard oral argument on Whittier Alliance’s Motion to Dismiss [Docket No. 13] and City of Minneapolis’ (the “City”) (collectively, “Defendants”) Motion to Dismiss [Docket No. 18]. The Defendants argue that Basim Sabri, Marty Schulenberg, Mohamed Cali, Jay Webb, and Zachary Metoyer (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) lack standing to assert constitutional challenges to the elections of Whittier Alliance’s Board of Directors.
