Plaintiffs Jean Francois Damon and Jacqueline Damon’s (the “Damons”) claims arise out of a commercial real estate purchase in 2005. The Damons’ complaint includes fifteen counts, including breach of fiduciary duties and fraud, against their real estate agents (Daniel Groteboer, Merl Groteboer, RE/MAX of Rochester, Northwest Executives Brokerage Inc.
