This action was commenced in the district court of Oklahoma county by defendant in error against the plaintiff in error. The parties- will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.

This action was for damages to plaintiff, who was a passenger for hire in the bus o-f defendant, Oklahoma Railway Company, by reason of a collision between the said bus and the automobile driven by defendant H. R. Bruning, at the. intersection of Tenth street and Dewey avenue in the city of Oklahoma City, occasioned by the joint and concurring negligence of both defendants. The verdict of…
