This is an appeal from the district court of Pittsburg county. The plaintiff, Wilson Gunter, defendant in error,, filed his petition in the district court of said county against The Ward Way, Incorporated, plaintiff in error, for the recovery o-f damages for personal injuries, and also for damages to his Ford automobile, in a collision between said Ford automobile, driven by said plaintiff, with the bus of the defendant, corporation, said collision occurring on the public highway in the county of Pitts-burg, state of Oklahoma.
