MEMORANDUM OPINION
Rufe, District Judge.
Plaintiff has filed suit alleging that Defendants, U.S. Bank, N.A. and KML Law Group, P.C. (“KML”), violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”)1 in connection with a foreclosure action brought in Pennsylvania state court based on a mortgage on Plaintiffs property. U.S. Bank had been assigned the mortgage; KML represented U.S. Bank in the staté court action. Defendants have moved to dismiss Plaintiffs Amended Complaint. For the following reasons, the motions will be granted.
