MEMORANDUM
RUFE, District Judge.
Plaintiffs William and Sheila Walker bring this civil action against the law firm of Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, LLP (“Phelan”) pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), for allegedly making false, deceptive, or misleading representations to collect a debt.'See 15 U.S.C. § 1692(e). Plaintiffs seek leave to proceed informa pauperis. The Court will grant plaintiffs leave to proceed in forma pauperis and dismiss the complaint.
