In this suit for unfair competition and trademark infringement, defendant has filed a 17 page answer and counterclaim containing a total of 69 paragraphs. The counterclaim seeks damages of $125,000. Many of the paragraphs of the answer and counterclaim are conclusionary in the sense that they fail to state any facts underlying the allegation.
