This matter is before the court on Defendant’s Renewed Motion for Protective Order (# 100), filed June 19, 2006.
BACKGROUND
I. The Complaint
Plaintiff U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) brought this action on behalf of six female employees of defendants, and a class of similarly situated employees.
