Staff Sergeant Daniel L. Ellis entered guilty pleas to a number of offenses involving his inappropriate conduct with a young girl and an individual he believed to be a young girl.1 A military judge accepted Ellis’s pleas and sentenced him to eleven years of confinement, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to the grade of E-l, and a dishonorable discharge.
