PUBLISHED OPINION OF THE COURT
HECKER, Senior Judge and WEBER, Judge:
The Government filed an interlocutory appeal under Article 62, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 862, in this matter. The military judge abated the proceedings after the Government refused to comply with his order to disclose materials the Government asserted were privileged. The Government appealed this abatement order. We conclude that the military judge’s ruling was incomplete and ambiguous- in that he should have taken further steps to define what materials were appropriate for in camera review.
