Specialist Demetrice K. Baker was charged with two specifications of indecent exposure and two specifications of assault in violation of Articles 120 and 128(a), Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 920(n), 928(a) (2006). Prior to trial the military judge granted a motion to suppress evidence of an initial photo identification and later in-court identification made by the victim.
