This is a review of a court of appeals decision which affirmed a judgment of the circuit court for Dane county, Richard W. Bardwell, Circuit Judge, upholding the decision of the Labor and Industry Review Commission and the underlying determination *49of its appellate tribunal that Princess House is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Unemployment Compensation Act and must make contributions to the unemployment compensation fund. We affirm the decision of the Court of Appeals.1
