Denise Currie, Betty Mein-hardt and Linda Sorenson appeal a circuit court order affirming a Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC) decision which dismissed their claims of gender and age discrimination against their former employer. The employees argue that once they established a prima facie case of discrimination, the burden of persuasion should have shifted to their employer to establish that its actions were not motivated by a discriminatory purpose.
