On December 28, 2008, United States Magistrate Judge Carolyn Ostby entered Findings and Recommendation (F & R)(Doc. 125) with respect to Plaintiffs appeal from an administrative ruling (Doc. 1). Magistrate Judge Ostby recommends that Judgment be entered in Defendant’s favor.
