Presently before the Court is Defendant American Mortgage Network’s (“AmNet”) motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ second amended complaint, ECF No. 116. After considering the parties’ briefing and oral *1152arguments, the Court GRANTS AmNet’s motion for the reasons explained below.
