MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JACKSON, District Judge.
This is an appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158 from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia of a final judgment entered on August 12, 1997, staying indefinitely a pending civil action for breach of contract in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Appellants (respondents below) are nine professional tennis players (hereinafter collectively “Haarhuis”) who claim to have product-endorsement contracts with Kunnan Enterprises, Ltd.
