ORENSTEIN, United States Magistrate Judge:

This matter comes before the Court on five motions made by the respective parties. First, Defendant The Paul Revere Life Insurance Company moves (1) to compel the production of Plaintiffs medical records maintained by both his treating psychologist and psychiatrist, and (2) to reopen the depositions of both the psychiatrist and psychologist for the purpose of propounding questions to which they refused to respond.
