After Fitmay Produce Limited (“Debt- or”) filed an insolvency petition in the United Kingdom, creditor A.P. Esteve Sales, Inc. (“Esteve”) filed an action against Debtor in San Joaquin County Superior Court (the “State Court”), seeking damages resulting from Debtor’s breach of various almond contracts.
