MEMORANDUM OPINION

GLADYS KESSLER, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Paula Gray (“Plaintiff’), brings this action against Defendants, D.C. Public Schools (“DCPS”) and D.C. Government (collectively, “Defendants”), under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1415 et seq. Plaintiff asserts that Defendants failed to pay attorney’s fees available under the IDEA after she prevailed in a due process hearing involving benefits to which her child, a student in the DCPS, was entitled under the Act.
