Plaintiff Paula Gray seeks to collect attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in bringing a successful administrative action under the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400, et seq. Defendants are the Government of the District of Columbia and the District of Columbia Public Schools (“DCPS”). This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment.
