MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ROGERS, District Judge.
This is an employment discrimination action which is before the court upon three motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff is a white female who was 55 years old at the time this case was filed. She alleges she was constructively discharged from her employment with the First National Bank of Hutchinson. She also alleges discrimination in pay during her employment at the Bank. She has brought claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 alleging sex discrimination and, retaliation for opposing practices made unlawful by Title VII. Plaintiff…
