MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BELOT, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the motion of defendant (“Medi-Dyn”) for summary judgment (Doc. 12). 1 Plaintiff has filed this action alleging race discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Plaintiff also alleges pendent claims based upon state law for breach of employment agreement and wrongful discharge. In response to defendant’s present motion, plaintiff informs the Court that he agrees to dismissal of his claims under § 1981 and his state claim sounding in wrongful discharge. (Plaintiff’s…
